- £32,000 per Annum
- 40 hours a week
- Tuesday to Saturday

- A Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef to manage the kitchen activities including overseeing staff, assisting with menu creation, ordering, rotas etc
- A Sous Chef to help support with the managing and recruiting of all new kitchen team members.
- A Sous Chef that has the ability to self manage whilst supporting and training more junior members of the brigade
- You will maintain meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes for the venue
- A proven track record within a fresh food operation.
- A proven track record with leading a team.
- A Sous Chef with a background in hotels, gastro pubs or restaurants.
- The Sous Chef will have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken
- A team player who leads from the front.
