- Chef de Partie
- £28,500 per Annum
- 40 hours a week
- Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends)
- Predominantly daytime hours

- A Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen brigade assisting with production and preparation whilst ensuring food quality and freshness, across all Exhibition and Events.
- A Chef de Partie that has the ability to support with running multiple services and concepts at the same time.
- You will maintain meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes for all outlets of the Exhibition and Events Venue.
- A proven track record within a high volume and fresh food operation.
- A Chef de Partie with a background in large hotels, conference and events venues or stadia.
- The Chef de Partie will have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
