- The Sous Chef will report to the Head Chef and support with catering for the staff restaurant and hospitality.
- The Sous Chef will be comfortable deputising for the head chef and managing a friendly kitchen team of 5
- The Sous chef will support with ordering, stock taking and due diligence.
- The Sous Chef will get excited about current food trends and street food concepts.
- The successful applicant will be a proven and passionate Sous Chef.
