The Job Role
  • Sous Chef for a stunning state of the art head office in Birmingham
  • The Sous Chef will report to the Head Chef and support with catering for the staff restaurant and hospitality.
  • The Sous Chef will be comfortable deputising for the head chef and managing a friendly kitchen team of  5
  • The Sous chef will support with ordering, stock taking and due diligence.
  • The Sous Chef will get excited about current food trends and street food concepts.  
The Requirements
  • The successful applicant will be a proven and passionate Sous Chef.
  • A innovative and creative Sous chef who can cook with fresh ingredients and create restaurant quality dishes from scratch.
  • Diligent allergen and H&S focused Sous Chef. 
  • A team player who leads from the front.
