The Job Role
  • Assistant Hospitality Manager within a Corporate environment in Birmingham City Centre
  • Providing a top level of service in this high volume corporate hospitality venue
  • Maintain exemplary customer service standards that are set out by the venue

The Requirements
  • A strong hotel or venue background
  • Have the ability to lead from the front.
  • Sense of ownership and accountability
  • Second to none service standards, the Assistant Hospitality Manager will have a calm approach to busy service periods.
  • This role would be well suited to an experienced C&B Supervisor or Duty Manager
