The Job Role:
- Junior Development Chef to support with projects, events and innovation for a large high profile Monday to Friday B&I operation.
- High volume operations across both retail and hospitality
- Going in to both new & developing sites to address issues and support on-site teams
- Reporting to the Development Chef
The Requirements:
- A Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef from a multifaceted quality B&I operation.
- A talented and passionate chef who will support with innovative and seasonal menus inspired by current food trends.
- An engaging chef who can engage and mentor the kitchen teams.
- An organised and diligent chef who can support a multifaceted operation.
- An articulate chef with excellent communication skills and comfortable liaising with senior members of the brigade.
- Background of high-end kitchens with an understanding of current food trends.
