The Requirements
- Executive Chef within Independent schools or High End B&I
- Executive Chef who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with current food trends.
- Good financial acumen and the ability to manage and control food costs.
- A Self-starter and forward-thinking head chef who leads from the front
- Computer literate
