The Job Role:
  • Executive Chef to oversee a high volume (800 covers) 100% fresh food operation.
  • Managing a kitchen team of 12
  • Executive Chef to Overseeing both the core feed and hospitality of this flagship site.
  • Executive Chef to build relationships with the clients 
 
The Requirements
  • Executive Chef within Independent schools or High End B&I 
  • Executive Chef who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with current food trends.
  • Good financial acumen and the ability to manage and control food costs.
  • A Self-starter and forward-thinking head chef who leads from the front
  • Computer literate
