The Job Role:
  • Sous Chef for a 2AA rosette newly opened restaurant 
  • Sous Chef to support with day to day running of the restaurant kitchen 
  • A mixture of modern & classical cooking techniques.
The Requirements:
  • The Sous Chef will have good experience in working in quality kitchens
  • The Sous Chef with excellent communication skills
  • A self-starter with a genuine passion for food and eager to learn
  • The preferred Sous Chef will have that hotel experience
The Location:
