The Package:
  • Salary of up to £44,000 per year

The Job Role:
  • A Sous Chef to work within a busy quality Restaurant with Rooms 
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring all dishes meet brand and customer expectations
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations, staff development, and a positive working environment
  • Create and innovate seasonal menus that highlight fresh, locally sourced ingredients while aligning with the gastropub’s culinary style.
The Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on Sous Chef who thrives in a busy environment
  • Experience with managing teams is a must
  • You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional food
  • The successful Sous Chef will have worked with 2AA rosettes as a minimum, preferably 3AA rosettes or higher
  • An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
  • Must come from a quality fine dining background
