- A Sous Chef to work within a busy quality Restaurant with Rooms
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring all dishes meet brand and customer expectations
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations, staff development, and a positive working environment
- Create and innovate seasonal menus that highlight fresh, locally sourced ingredients while aligning with the gastropub’s culinary style.
- The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on Sous Chef who thrives in a busy environment
- Experience with managing teams is a must
- You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional food
- The successful Sous Chef will have worked with 2AA rosettes as a minimum, preferably 3AA rosettes or higher
- An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
- Must come from a quality fine dining background
