The Package
- £40,000 per annual
- 10% Bonus
- Service charge
- Accommodation if required
- Reduced hours in the winter months
The Job Role:
- Head Chef will lead a team of 5 chefs
- Head Chef within a busy face paced kitchen
- Head Chef to produce Fresh Food to a 1AA Rosette
- Ordering, stock take and producing rotas.
- The ideal Head Chef must have similar experience of working at high volume.
- Experience with managing a team of 4+
- The Head Chef to have worked within Hotels, Restaurants or Gasto Pubs.
- An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
