The Job Role
  • The Sous Chef will be working in a brigade of 18.
  • Provide exceptional food to diners at a high standard 2AA Rosette 
  • Sous Chef to Manage the kitchen in the head chefs absence 
 
Requirements
  • A Sous Chef with a strong background in a hotel,restaurant or gastro pub
  • The ideal candidate will have experience within a good quality, preferably rosette awarded kitchen 
  • A calm approach in the kitchen during busy service periods
  • The Sous Chef will be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
  • The Sous Chef will be interested in current food trends
