Requirements
- A Sous Chef with a strong background in a hotel,restaurant or gastro pub
- The ideal candidate will have experience within a good quality, preferably rosette awarded kitchen
- A calm approach in the kitchen during busy service periods
- The Sous Chef will be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
- The Sous Chef will be interested in current food trends
