- To lead the events and retail departments
The Requirements
- The F&B Manager will have a strong commercial hotel/venue/stadia background
- This role could suit a strong Assistant F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager or F&B Supervisor
- Comfortable managing a large team of F&B Assistants
- A team player who leads from the front.
