The Package

• £35,000 Salary
• Monday to Friday
• 7am - 3pm 
• Term time only 
• Career progression

The Job Role:

• Catering Manager to manage a education contract with over 1000 students on site.
• Catering Manager to manage 10 staff members 
• Catering Manager to oversee hospitality 
• To build relationships with the client

The Requirements

• Catering Manager with good experience in fresh food operations. 
• Catering Manager with strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
• A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
• Computer literate and can liaise with clients
• Catering Manager to have a Chef Background is desirable
