The Job Role

• Operations Manager within a quality venue.
• Overseeing all operational outlets within a boutique operation including F&B, leisure and reception
• Ensuring all residents are happy, working with focus groups on improving the offering on the complex
• Focus on driving F&B spends through the stunning restaurant. 
• To recruit, train and develop an enthusiastic team.
• The Operations Manager will report into an outstanding General Manager.
• 5 days out of 7, mainly straight shifts.

 
The Requirements

• The Operations Manager will have a strong restaurant background within quality venues
• Have the ability to lead from the front within hotel operations
• The Operations Manager will have enthusiasm and willingness to progress their career under an established general manager
• Excellent communication skills required for this role to deal with members of the community daily.

• Swindon

• Own transport essential for this role.
