The Package:

The Job Role:
    • Sous Chef for a well-rounded hotel operation
    • Management of the hotel kitchen servicing a bar, restaurant, and meetings & events
    • The Sous Chef will be responsible for a brigade of 9 chefs plus KP's.
    • The Sous Chef will be managing the kitchen compliance and allergens.

The Requirements:
    • The Sous Chef will have good experience in managing hotel kitchens
    • This role would suit a proven Sous Chef with stable progression shown throughout their CV
    • Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
    • A self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
