The Package:

The Job Role:
- Sous Chef for a well-rounded hotel operation
- Management of the hotel kitchen servicing a bar, restaurant, and meetings & events
- The Sous Chef will be responsible for a brigade of 9 chefs plus KP's.
- The Sous Chef will be managing the kitchen compliance and allergens.
The Requirements:
- The Sous Chef will have good experience in managing hotel kitchens
- This role would suit a proven Sous Chef with stable progression shown throughout their CV
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
- A self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
