The Package:
  • Salary of £45,000 per year
  • Additional Tronc
  • 44 hour per week contract, 4 day working week

The Job Role:
  • A Head Chef to lead a busy quality Gastro Pub with Rooms 
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring all dishes meet brand and customer expectations
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations, staff development, and a positive working environment
  • Create and innovate seasonal menus that highlight fresh, locally sourced ingredients while aligning with the gastropub’s culinary style.
The Requirements:
 
  • The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on Head Chef who thrives in a busy environment
  • Experience with managing teams is a must
  • You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional food
  • The successful Head Chef will have led fresh food operations
  • An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
  • Must come from a busy fresh-food restaurant or premium gastro pub background
