The Package:

• Restaurant & Bar Manager
• £37,000 per annum
• Additional service charge

The Job Role:

• Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee a 2 AA Rosette brasserie and bar
• To provide outstanding service to both residents of the hotel and external guests within the restaurant
• To lead a team of 20, serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner 

The Requirements:

• A strong individual with an background in a rosette or fine-dining restaurant
• The ideal candidate will have some meeting and events experience
• The Restaurant & Bar Manager will have a genuine passion for hospitality and have exceptional communication skills
