The Job Role

• Human Resources Business Partner
• To deliver a sustainable HR strategy to big teams/operations.
• Responsible for creating an induction and training program.
• The Human Resources Business Partner will support operations teams in TUPE processes.
• To work closely with the HR Director with strategy, and then deliver the best results possible.
• To increase staff engagement and retention.
• To work from home, with three days per week within operations.

The Requirements

• The Human Resources Business Partner will have previous experience within Hotels or Similar Multi Site experience in Pubs or Restaurants is a must 
• Experienced in TUPE.
• Be CIPD qualified - Level 5 Preferably 
• A strong individual with a resilient ‘can do’ attitude.
• Be a confident, creative and effective HR leader

The Location

• Midlands Patch 
• This role will require travel throughout the Midlands (3 days per week)
