- Monday to Friday - No evenings or weekends!

- Sous Chef to be part of a large team
- Sous Chef to help produce 800+ Meals per day
- To produce high quality food.
- A chef with a passion for producing the best quality food with top quality fresh ingredients
- Open to a variety of backgrounds including Education or B&I
- Must have the adaptability for catering for 600 plus
- Pastry is desirable but not essential
- Sous Chef that is wanting to progress their future and grow as a team and as an individual
