Job Role
  • An Executive Head Chef to oversee the development and running of a brigade of 9 chefs. 
  • Full service property with function facilities and fine dine restaurant 
  • Writing of all menus, keeping in line with GP%'s
  • Kitchen compliance, ensuring food hygiene standards are maintained at all times. 
The Requirements
  • A proven track record leading teams at 2AA rosette or higher 
  • A Head Chef with a background in hotels or quality restaurants 
  • Head Chef will have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • A team player who leads from the front.
