The Job Role
  • Sous Chef to prepare fresh food in a high-volume quality event venue 
  • Investment to create a modern and stylish operation.
  • Sous Chef to work with the head chef in the running of the day to day operations 
  • 5 Days over 7 ( 2 evenings per week ) 
  • Sous Chef to be creative and adventurous
  • Sous Chef to work within a large scale team. 
 
The Requirements
  • A strong Sous chef with experience of high-quality kitchens 
  • A genuine love for food
  • Sous Chef with experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
  • A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
