- £35,000 Salary
- 25 days Holiday ( not including Bank Holidays)

The Job Role
- Sous Chef to prepare fresh food in a high-volume quality event venue
- Investment to create a modern and stylish operation.
- Sous Chef to work with the head chef in the running of the day to day operations
- 5 Days over 7 ( 2 evenings per week )
- Sous Chef to be creative and adventurous
- Sous Chef to work within a large scale team.
The Requirements
- A strong Sous chef with experience of high-quality kitchens
- A genuine love for food
- Sous Chef with experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
