- Preparing food to the highest standards within both the restaurant & banqueting operations
- A fresh food operation with the freedom to introduce new ideas and offerings.
- A Head Chef to mentor and develop a talented brigade of 8
- The role would suit a strong Head Chef with a background in high volume hotels
- The Head Chef must have quality fresh food background
- Experience with 1 AA Rosette restaurants or above would be advantageous
- A self-starter with a passion for great food.
- A real leader in the kitchen who can navigate a busy service
