The Job Role:
    • Sous Chef of a stunning Hotel restaurant with a brand new kitchen 
    • Reporting to the Exec Chef on site 
    • Leading a kitchen team of 8 
    • Catering for day to day restaurant operation and conferences & events 
The Requirements:
    • A Sous Chef from a  hotel background or gastropubs with banqueting experience 
    • Multi-outlet experience is desirable
    • A Sous Chef with experience of High Volume 
    • Perfect first time Sous Chef role with Menu Autonomy 
    • Used to working in a fast paced environment
