The Role
- Operations Manager to assist the Managing Director in day to day operations.
- Operations Manager for Primary Schools
- Operations Manager to oversee the financial aspects of operational contracts, including costings and profitability.
- Operations Manager to help improve performance, reduce costs and optimise resources.
- A strong Operations Manager with experience in managing a minimum of 14 contracts.
- Previous background as an Operations Manager within Education
- A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
- The successful Operations Manager will have a strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.
