The Job Role:
- The Assistant Director of Sales will drive and sell all market segments for the hotel
- This role will be reporting into the hotel General Manager
- Identify opportunities for new local corporate business through research, cold calling and networking events etc
- The Director of Sales will be the face of the business during client show-rounds, FAM trips as well as representing the hotel & company at trade shows & exhibitions
The Requirements:
- The Assistant Director of Sales will have previous experience and proven success in a proactive sales role
- Solid track record of securing new business within the corporate sectors
- Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing the sales strategy
- Be able to use initiative and have the ability in negotiating rates to secure new business at all times
- Must have previous MICE experience
