- Leading a team of 10 in the kitchen
- Head Chef will be catering for student dining and fine dining events of the highest calibre.
- To produce high quality food from locally sourced seasonal produce.
- A classically trained Head Chef
- Proven catering experience in independent education or High End B&I
- The Head Chef will be able to manage a large team and volume of work.
- Someone in touch with current food trends.
- Watford.
