The Package
- £35,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime only) - No Evenings or Weekends!!!
- Term time only (42 weeks - 10 Weeks Holiday)

The Job Role
- Head Chef to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site
- Investment to create a modern and stylish operation.
- 95% fresh, inclusive of all bread and pastry production
- Head Chef to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team
- A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only with 10 weeks holiday
The Requirements
- A strong Head Chef with experience of high-quality contract catering or Education background
- A genuine love for food
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
- Head Chef experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
