The Package
  • £35,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime only) - No Evenings or Weekends!!!
  • Term time only (42 weeks - 10 Weeks Holiday)

The Job Role
  • Head Chef to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site
  • Investment to create a modern and stylish operation.
  • 95% fresh, inclusive of all bread and pastry production
  • Head Chef to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team
  • A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only with 10 weeks holiday
 
The Requirements
  • A strong Head Chef with experience of high-quality contract catering or Education background
  • A genuine love for food
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
  • Head Chef experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
  • A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
