The Job Role
- Executive Chef based at an education contract
- To core feed 800+ Children and staff members
- Very busy hospitality
- Managing 15+ staff members
- Executive Chef to create fresh food menus and keep up to trend with the latest foods.
- Executive Chef to build client relationships
The Requirements
- A strong Chef Manager / Head Chef experience of working within Fresh Food Educational or B&I sites.
- A genuine love for Fresh Food and keeping up with latest trends
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food
- Passionate and a team player
