The Job Role
  • A Sous chef to support with leading a busy hotel venue with accolades 
  • To continually drive standards of food 
  • A Sous chef to take support with the ownership and responsibilities over the kitchen.
  • A Sous chef dedicated to developing a high-performing and motivated team
  • A Sous chef that can lead from the front and push the business future forward
The Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
  • Experience with managing teams is a must
  • A Sous chef that a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
  • The successful Sous chef will have similar experience in fresh food operations, cooking at a rosette standards
  • An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
  • A Sous chef that can lead from the front with excellent communication skills.
