The Package
    • Base salary of circa £80,000 per annum
    • Bonus circa £20,000
    • Company Pension 
    • Life Assurance 
    • Hybrid working - travel to sites will be required.  
The Job Role
    • The Revenue Director will review and create the commercial function as the hotel group goes through a period of growth. 
    • Provide direction to the Sales & Revenue teams.
    • Set the revenue strategy and create outputs which drive performance in the short and long term etc.
    • Implement standards of practice and processes.
The Requirements
    • Reporting to the Finance Director, the Revenue Director will be comfortable with delivering projects and delivering on strategies. 
    • Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategic processes
    • You will have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships and influence key stakeholders.
    • Great organisational, planning, numerical and analytical ability
    • The successful Revenue Director will have had exposure to marketing and e-commerce. 
    • Worked in a similar role within food services would be preferable. 
    • The Revenue Director will have held a Group or Head Of role within a hotel group previously.
