- Up to £52,000 per annum for the right candidate
- Monday to Friday hours 9am to 5pm, no call outs

- Some overtime/flexibility in working hours/days will be required during the summer months
- Senior Maintenance Technician required to work within a team of 3 within the luxurious grounds of a private residence .
- To uphold the impeccable standards within the house and extensive grounds.
- General maintenance work with a focus on electrical/mechanical
- A strong individual with an exceptional background in quality hotels or private residences
- Practical skills in mechanical engineering is essential. Preference being around air handling units or boilers
- A Self-starter
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Egham
- You must live within a 30 minute commute of the property
