The Job Role:

• The Head Chef to lead the kitchen brigade 
• Working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
• Administrative responsbilites including, ordering, stock take and rotas
• 5 days out of 7, 45 Hours per week 

The Requirements:
 

• The ideal candidate must have similar experience of working at high volume
• Experience with managing a team 
• The Head Chef to have worked within similar settings
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
