- To work closely with the reception manager to oversee the reservations team
- Ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times
- A Revenue and Reservations Manager to develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimise room occupancy and revenue, along with overseeing the reservations process
- The ideal revenue and reservations manager will have previous experience within a hotel's reservations and reception department
- Knowledge and experience with OTA's and other distribution channels
- Responsible for guiding and mentoring the Reception and Reservations team
- This role is well suited to an experience Reservations Manager looking for their next step
