The Job Role

• The Head Chef will be leading a brigade within a busy full service kitchen
• Provide exceptional food to diners at a high standard 
• Manage the kitchen and take ownership of ordering, recruitment, rotas amongst other Head Chef duties.

Requirements

• A Head Chef with a strong background in a hotel, restaurant or gastro pub
• The ideal candidate will have experience within a high volume, fast paced kitchen 
• A calm approach to heading up the kitchen during busy service periods
• The Head Chef will be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
• The Head Chef will be interested in current food trends
