The Job Role
    • Human Resources Business Partner
    • To deliver a sustainable HR strategy to big teams/operations.
    • Responsible for creating an induction and training program.
    • Support Operations Teams in TUPE processes.
    • To work closely with the HR Director with strategy, and then deliver the best results possible.
    • To increase staff engagement and retention.
    • To work from home, with three days per week within operations.

The Requirements
 
    • Previous experience within Hotels or Similar Multi Site experience in Pubs or Restaurants is a Must 
    • Experienced in TUPE.
    • Be CIPD qualified - Level 5 Preferably 
    • A strong individual with a resilient ‘can do’ attitude.
    • Be a confident, creative and effective HR leader

The Package
    • Basic salary up to £40,000 per annum
    • Company car or £5000 car allowance

The Location
    • North and Scotland 
    • This role will require travel  (3 days per week)
