The Job Role:
    • A Head Chef to oversee the food offering for a. multi-outlet hotel including restaurant, bar and events across the property.
    • Preparing food to the highest standards within both the restaurant & banqueting operations
    • A fresh food operation with the freedom to introduce new ideas and offerings.
    • A Head Chef to mentor and develop a talented brigade of 8
The Requirements:
    • The role would suit a strong Head Chef with a background in high volume hotels
    • The Head Chef must have quality fresh food background
    • Experience with 1 AA Rosette restaurants or above would be advantageous
    • A self-starter with a passion for great food.
    • A real leader in the kitchen who can navigate a busy service
