The Job Role

• To manage the hotel events sales team ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times 
• The experienced sales office manager will drive and motivate the team and complete all training 

The Requirements

• The ideal experienced sales office manager will have previous experience within a hotel meetings and events sales department 
• To ensure the sales team are maximising sales conversion of all enquiries 
• Responsible for leading and motivating a reactive sales team to ensure maximum revenue 
• The sales office manager will build and maintain an excellent team to deliver the best service 
• Create a fun working environment for the sales office and develop team members
