- £30,000 Salary ( yearly salary increase)
- Monday - Friday
- 7.30am - 3pm

The Job Role:
- A Sous Chef to produce high quality fresh food, 100% made on-site
- Help lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team
- Sous chef to help with menu development and bring fresh ideas.
- Sous chef to help with projects and hospitality on site with client interactions.
The Requirements
- The successful candidate will have a background in fresh food, in quality hotels, restaurants, gastro pubs or B&I
- A passionate sous chef who also has the ability to produce quality food
- A Sous Chef that wants to take their career to the next level with guaranteed progression
