The Package
    • £50,000 per annum including service charge
    • £4000 Tronc
    • Only 2 evenings a week

The Job Role
    • A fresh food operation with a 3 acre garden providing full homegrown produce 
    • The Head Chef will be providing outstanding food standards across a busy restaurant and cafe 
    • To manage, train and develop an enthusiastic stable team of 5 including full time baker 
    • The Head Chef will be developing the menus to showcase own local produce  
The Requirements
    • A strong individual with a Premium gastro pub/restaurant or hotel background.
    • This role could suit an existing Senior Sous Chef looking for his first Head Chef role. 
    • Passionate individual who relishes developing their team, including apprentices. 
    • Self-starter with high quality service standards.
    • Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career alongside an outstanding kitchen team.
